system issue 14th of jan

3x on a coaching stat for the reason of:

icant hear the cust; missed around 10 calls in total

time: around 7-7:30 pm

i notified bert 'bout the issue

Hi Kim,

Yes, I have already studied the issue and if ever it happens again or to anyone, just do these simple troubleshooting steps:

1. Finish and dispose last call and then LOG-OUT from the VICI dialler site.
2. Close the virtual dialler (3CX or XLite) and then re-open it.
*** If you are going to switch from 3CX to Xlite, or vice verza, make sure that you EXIT first from the one that you are using by right-clicking on its icon on the taskbar (lower right corner of the screen) and then click EXIT. Then, open the new virtual dialler.
3. Once XLIte (or 3CX) is opened, LOG-IN to the VICI dialler. Answer then resume.

IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS WITHOUT DOING THIS, CALL YOUR TL OR QA. IF THERE'S NO ONE AVAILABLE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER STATION. DON'T TAKE TOO LONG HA, PLEASE.
